Latinas Swap Theme "Dia de los Muertos" mini album

Ok here are the partners for the first Latinas Mini album Swap.  Our theme this time around will be  "Dia de los Muertos"  I am so excited about this theme. I cannot wait!  Ok so please leave a comment that you have seen the list ladies and please be sure to contact your partner ASAP!
General Swap Guidelines:
1. The album must have at least six pages. If you want to decorate more pages, that's totally up to you!
2. The album pages should be no smaller than 4x4. Standard is probably 6x6, if you would like to go larger, that is totally up to you and your partner.
3.I hope to have a new swap each month.  Maybe not mini albums each time.  Perhaps a tag or an altered thing. Each month there will be a new sign-up posted. I will let you know via YT or PM when the next Swap is open. 
4.  Swap items should be in the mail to your partner no later than the 25th day of the month.
5. Please be considerate of all the swappers in this group.  I have been on the non-receiving end of a swap I think we all know someone who has.  When you put alot of effort into a swap only to get nothing in return or get it late.  It just isn't cool. I understand that life gets in the way sometimes, so please be sure to communicate with your partner or me early and often if there is an unforeseen problem that will delay your swap.

Hi there Happy Tuesday to you all.  Well summer is on it's way out the door and Fall is ready to come in.  I have been neglecting my scrap habit a bit lately but Got some fun pics to share of my recent projects. I created these tags for a swap with Marie is is YT:artof marie This lady is amazing you guys! her work is so pretty. I was a bit intimidated to join but I figured I just better do it.  The only thing I can do is learn from it right? so the theme was nature and the challenge was to use scraps.  All my tags are different as I used different scraps of paper. It was alot of fun.

T-shirts

This goes along with my earlier post today. My daughter and I made some cute t-shirts for back to school. Eat your heart out JUSTICE JUST FOR GIRLS! :-)

Mommy & Me class, School shopping for Accessories

Ok so here it is August and it is time for school shopping again.  I am torn between being sad to see my kids go off to school and Happy that they will finally be going back to some structure!
  So while we were out shopping my daughter fell in love with some t-shirts and hair thingys at a place called Justice.  And after I looked at the price and picked up my jaw off the ground I proceeded to explain to her that at her young age of 6 she was going to have to realize that mommy is in no way no how made of $$$$ and like me when I was a kid, we were going to have to do without the Name brand stuff.  But she was lucky because unlike me, her momma was Crafty! and we were going to MAKE that cute t-shirt and those hair thingys OURSELVES.  I was a hero today. My daughter and i have been crafting away for the last couple of hours.  Here are the hair thingy's and i will add photos of the t-shirts as soon as I can.  A reminder some of these flowers shown will be the ones we create at our mommy & Me class this month.
